An exhibition put together by the Brooklyn Museum, under the direction of Elizabeth Ann Coleman (who wrote 'The Genius of Charles James'). She wrote this little catalogue, which has about 35 gowns on mannequins, paired with a comtemporary piece of decorative art, and a short description.
